As if having my mothers estate confiscated by canaccord wasnt enough discrimination

i then got denied a simple request to see forms i filled in at canaccord and already promised could be seen anytime on those forms something all people would have easilly achieved

having failed to get to see the original filled in forms that canaccord originally said i could inspect at any time im now just trying to get a set of original blanks so as to be able to recreate what i actually sent in before they altered them without my knowledge but Im not even allowed to have that
